Soraya Keiser

Associate

Hi! My name is Soraya (rhymes with papaya), and I am an associate here at Mueller Communications.

I graduated May 2024 from Bethel University with bachelorโ€™s degrees in journalism and international relations and an endorsement in Military and Diplomatic Studies. After graduation, I spent a year teaching English in Bulgaria through a Fulbright Grant. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn a different language (and alphabet!), hike new mountains, make connections with my students, and immerse myself in a rich culture.

As a Milwaukeean and former Barkin McKeithan Intern at Mueller, I am excited to be back in the city and working with such a diverse array of clients. During my time as an intern, I valued the chance to help uplift Milwaukee businesses and my fellow citizens. I can’t wait to continue doing so now. I love any chance to write and share stories in creative ways. My friends sometimes tease me that when I talk to someone new, I ask so many questions that itโ€™s like an interview. Iโ€™m just eager to get to know people, but now I can do that for a living!ย

Outside of the office, I love to spend time at Lake Michigan (in any season), crochet, bike the Oak Leaf Trail, and destroy my friends in the Goodreads reading challenge. You can also find me attending concerts, watching Anne of Green Gables with my family, or planning my next international trip. If youโ€™ve ever been to Panama, let me know!

Pride

Iโ€™m eager to explore new aspects of communications and marketing that I did not delve into as an intern.
As I join client teams, I’m excited to immerse myself in their history and purpose in order to fully understand their goals and best execute them.
Iโ€™m looking forward to illustrating my writing skills and practicing creative problem solving in a new environment.
