Hello! My name is Lura Briggs Kooley, and I’m a Senior Paid Media Manager at Mueller Communications. I’m originally from Utah, where I attended school. As an ever-inquisitive person, I studied Philosophy for four years because I wanted those four years to hold my interest regardless of any future career plans.
After graduating, I suspected that I would need to start looking for a job. I was familiar with agency work, as I had previously worked at my dad’s agency. I landed an internship at a local content marketing agency in Utah to continue my learning. After that, I spent time at Overstock.com in a corporate role. I followed my now husband to California, where I found a job at a paid social media agency, and later moved on to work at an independent digital marketing agency, where I gained abundant experience in digital marketing.
Now at Mueller Communications, I am thrilled to be part of Mueller’s ever-growing and evolving digital marketing work. I feel so inspired by the team here and how hard everyone works to improve our Milwaukee community.
When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two dogs, Emmylou and Maybelle. I’m also an avid #horsegirl — If I’m not at Mueller, there’s a good chance I’m at the barn!
