Hi! I’m Hallie (“hay-lee”) and I’m the Manager of People and Professional Development at Mueller Communications. While many in the HR profession “luck” their way into the field, I’ve always known that I wanted HR as my career path. I earned my Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from USC and have a PHR certification. The balance of being both a people advocate and a strategic business partner is a tricky one, but one that fills my cup. I love making meaningful connections with people and helping in any way I can. I’m an empath, a great listener, and enjoy collaborating to work through any challenges in the day to day.
When I’m not working, I’m either staying home to rewatch my favorite movies/shows, or I’m out exploring new restaurants, aquariums, parks, etc. with my husband Brett and son Merrick.
