Hi, I’m Haley. I’ve built my career across the full spectrum of marketing and communications agencies, from one of the largest global PR firms to a startup agency. My experience extends beyond client service and communications to include agency and creative operations, business development, project management and agency marketing. As the third employee at that newly launched firm, I helped build the business from the ground up, gaining hands-on experience across nearly every facet of agency life. That broad perspective allows me to understand both the client-facing and behind-the-scenes work that drives agency success.
At Mueller, I support the development of the programs, policies and strategic initiatives that keep the company running – and help our team actually put them into practice every day. My work includes keeping client service sharp and consistent, helping our team grow and stay engaged, getting people to actually use the tools and processes we roll out, and jumping in to run special projects when the firm or our clients need something extra.
Outside of the office, I’m constantly on the move and enjoying the outdoors – biking, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking or downhill skiing. I also love cooking and reading. My husband and I live in Milwaukee’s Brewer’s Hill neighborhood with our two daughters, rescue dog and cat.
