Hello! I’m Ginny and after nearly 30 years with the firm, I am prouder than ever to be a team member at Mueller Communications.
As Executive Assistant to our co-CEOs Lori Richards and James Madlom, I am kept busy much of the time managing their active calendars of appointments and arranging meetings. Along with the other members of our account support team, business reporting; assisting with our annual United Way and UPAF campaigns; benefits administration; accounts receivable and “various other tasks as assigned” are but a few of the other behind-the-scenes tasks that help fill my days.
In the spring of 2021, I was nominated by my colleagues and recognized by BizTimes Milwaukee’s inaugural showcase of Milwaukee’s Notable Executive Assistant, in a special editorial feature profiling notable executive assistants in the Milwaukee area. It was a truly humbling honor that still touches me.

For the past 20+ years, I have represented Mueller Communications in EWI of Milwaukee – a diverse professional women’s networking group in the Greater Milwaukee area that focuses on careers, connections, and community holding numerous leadership roles.
Looking back I am truly inspired by the many ways this firm has assisted our clients to solve problems and achieve success. We consistently promote and uplift our community and, in many ways, have been a part of changing the actual landscape of our city.
I am a native Milwaukeean, grew up in the neighborhood that is now known as Riverwest and am a proud MPS graduate.
