Chris Nelson is a client director at Mueller Communications with more than 20 years experience in digital marketing. He credits his longevity and success to his ability to truly listen, analyze, and understand challenges from his client’s perspective; this positions him well to craft tailored strategies that drive positive business outcomes.
Prior to joining Mueller, Chris spent the majority of his career in the corporate world with AT&T and Gannett, where he was part of the team Google established their first-ever Google Partner program with. As part of this work, he helped break the ground of early mobile location targeting. He has vast experience with a wide array of industries including Legal, Medical, Construction, Home Services, and B2B.
Since joining Mueller and the agency world Chris has been most impressed with the culture and people. “Having such an amazing group of talented professionals and problem solvers under one roof that I get to collaborate with on a daily basis is very refreshing.”
Chris holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. A lifelong Madison-area resident, Chris currently lives in Cottage Grove with his wife Serafina and their three sons: Alex, Colin, and Charlie.
