Web & SEO Associate
Mueller Communications, a well-established and highly regarded communications and marketing firm, is looking to add a Web & SEO Associate to its talented team of professionals. This position offers a unique opportunity to support our Web & SEO team with executing routine website updates, SEO, and project management of website builds. We’re not looking for someone highly technical but our ideal candidate is experienced enough in front-end building to properly account for project needs and holding contributors accountable.
Our clients have high expectations and we are looking for another A-player to join us in exceeding those expectations. We take a collaborative problem-solving approach and this position is ideal for someone who is able to work a hybrid schedule in Milwaukee and enjoys being part of close-knit teams.
What you'll be doing
- Reporting and data analysis for websites and SEO
- Project management of new website builds
- Sitemap, information architecture, and user experience strategy
- Basic front-end website development using page builders and no-code platforms
- Ad-hoc website updates and troubleshooting
- Website migrations, hosting, and maintenance
- Website and SEO audits
- SEO strategy and implementation
- Website quality assurance and testing
- Administrative tasks related to website account management
QUALIFICATIONS THAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
- 2+ years of experience
- Experience with managing websites and implementing SEO
- Proficiency in platforms like WordPress, Wix, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, and more
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior agency experience a plus
- Local to Milwaukee and able to work a hybrid schedule
