- To address the need for additional learning, action and empowerment, Mueller provides an additional 12 hours of billable “credit” to each staff member to participate in peaceful protests, support Black-owned businesses, or participate in other activities that promote social justice and equality in our community, empowering each of our team members to make a difference.

SENIOR PR ASSOCIATE
SENIOR CREATIVE ASSOCIATE
We’re looking for a talented and experienced designer to join our team as we tackle creative projects for clients. As the ideal candidate, you should have a deep understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite and non-code website development, as well as advanced project management skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative designs, and bringing a comprehensive vision to each campaign, strategy, or project. In addition, you will have the opportunity to manage a process from concept to the final deliverable, while building strong relationships with clients and team members. If you’re a creative problem-solver with a passion for design, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
CREATIVE ASSOCIATE
Looking to join a team of innovative problem-solvers? We’re searching for a Creative Associate with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools to complement our creative team. This role requires knowledge of website platforms like WordPress and Wix, along with website and video editing skills. As a Creative Associate, you will demonstrate exceptional technical skills, attention to detail, and creativity in design, providing a vision for the way the client project should look when completed. You will also participate in client meetings, support project management and contribute to best practice discussions.
