Digital Campaign Analyst

Mueller Communications, a well-established and highly regarded public relations and marketing firm, is looking to add a Digital Campaign Analyst to its talented team of professionals. Our clients have high expectations and we are looking for another A-player to join us in delivering above those expectations. Our process is one of collaborative problem solving and this position is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a close team and is looking to grow professionally through mentorship and challenging client work.

This candidate’s role will be to work with account teams and clients to architect best in class sponsored media campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic display networks. This work will also include setting up analytic tracking in Google Analytics and Google Data Studio along with assuming accountability over the optimization for continued performance improvement. The candidate chosen will manage the day-to-day operations of each campaign, frequently communicating with clients, the surrounding client team, technology platform vendors, and publisher support reps. Ad campaigns managed by our Digital Campaign Analysts serve a diverse set of organizations including local, national, non-profit, for-profit, professional services, and eCommerce. The diversity of our client base is a source of financial strength and stability. It also keeps us fresh and learning new things every day. Because Mueller Communications is a full-service communications firm, many campaigns cut through all four forms of media (Paid, Earned, Owned and Social). Because of this, we value a team member’s ability to communicate across these channels, helping the overall team cascade key messages through multiple channels.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities will include developing and managing communications campaigns, including:

  • 3+ year experience

  • Passion for digital communication, marketing, trends and tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent client communication skills, including the ability to humanize data for client understanding 

  • Advanced paid search skills

  • Advanced social media management skills

  • Experience with Google Analytics and ad campaign performance dashboard creation

  • Experience optimizing conversion architecture 

  • Keyword research and campaign budget recommendation experience


Bonus Attributes:

  • Google Ads/Google Analytics Certified

  • SEO experience with proven record of improving client search ranking

  • CRM database building and management

  • Content marketing management and/or marketing automation
